HP Officejet J3500 Series error message cartridge

Last month my All in one printer/scanner/copier/fax HP Officejet J3500 Series stop functioning and output an error message on the display panel about some cartridge problem. We thought it’s totally wreck and we need to purchase a new one. Perhaps, it could be the ink or catridge problem, therefore we went to this newly open All IT Hypermarket at KL Festival City Mall and purchased an original catridge to have a *try” 50/50 chances to see whether it’ll work or not. If it doesn’t work, then we have to find another way to do our scanning, faxing and copying.

After we place the catridge into the slot, it runs as normal. It’s a relief.. Thank God!

Better to give them a call before you head over to their outlets, because sometimes they don’t have the stocks available in their outlet.
