According to global research, there is a need for artificial meat to help feed the growing world population and to reduce impact on the environment. While this is said, Japan brilliant scientist had discovered a way to curb scarcity of meat in the future by reinventing meat from waste feces or poo.
Commissioned by Tokyo Sewage, Okayama Laboratory scientist Mitsuyuki Ikeda extracted protein from feces and run through some reaction enhancer and “exploder”, flavoured with steak sauce. And one would mistake for meat.
